About the Position
We are now looking for a reliable, positive, and engaged personal assistant for a man in his 60s who lives with the consequences of an acquired brain injury.
You will be an important source of support in daily life by providing structure, security, communication, activities, and personal care. The work requires patience, attentiveness, and a calm approach. We are looking especially for someone with the right heart, who is responsible and wants to do their best to create a meaningful and secure everyday life for another person.
We prefer that you are a man and you must be non-smoking. Personal suitability and personal chemistry are crucial.
Working hours are primarily weekdays 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, with the possibility of being flexible and working until approximately 7:00 PM on occasional occasions (1–3 times per month).
Experience in personal assistance, cognitive disabilities, or acquired brain injury is desirable, but the most important thing is that you are a stable, thoughtful, and present person who wants to make a difference.
The position also includes statutory documentation in our digital systems, so it is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and have experience using a computer and smartphone.
