Särnmark's headquarters is located in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now seeking personal assistants for a customer who lives outside of Gävle. About the job as a personal assistant As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your tasks essentially involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Work tasks Your work tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They include everything from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, cooking, to assisting the customer with activities outside the home. We are looking for you who: We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and calm as a person. You should find it easy to learn new work tasks. It is an advantage if you enjoy being outdoors and working with flowers. Since the customer lives in the countryside, you need to have a driver's license and access to your own car, as there is no municipal bus service. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer as well as access to training in the role of personal assistant. About the employment The employment is for a fixed period as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the salary is paid hourly. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: currently, Monday-Friday 07:00-20:00 Salary and other employment terms according to the collective agreement Personal Assistance, Healthcare Companies - Kommunal.
