We are currently looking for you to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for a 30-year-old woman in Nässjö. The woman is 30 years old and requires assistance around the clock. She communicates through sign language communication, which is why it is very important that you as an assistant can read body language and actively participate in communication with her. Knowledge of sign language is not a requirement. Her interests include listening to music, playing games, and fashion. We would like you to: have a genuine interest in people and in helping others. be able to follow routines and remain calm in stressful situations. be a woman (requirement). be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends. Some of our positions also require the ability to work nights. have experience in care and healthcare. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing, as the work involves contact with third parties such as healthcare providers and family members. Documentation is also part of your work, which is why it is important to be able to write clearly and correctly. Other Information Employment Type: Hourly temporary position with the possibility of a fixed-term position at 50%. Work Hours: 24-hour shifts 08-08, day shifts 08-14, and evening/night shifts 14-08 on a rotating 4-week schedule. Start Date: Immediate We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
