We are now seeking personal assistants for our client in Färjestaden, Öland. We are looking for assistants who are attentive to the client's needs and wishes. The client seeking a new personal assistant requires help with all personal care, assistance, and mobility support. For us, it is important that you connect with the client, and you should also be empathetic and respect the client's integrity. If you have experience in personal assistance, that is good but not necessary for employment; experience in personal care is a plus. What matters most is good chemistry between you and the client. Your work tasks are individually tailored, ranging from personal care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also includes accompanying the client on activities outside the home. This position is a variable-hour employment with flexible working times. You should be able to step in on short notice and have a strong work ethic. You need to have a B-class driver's license.
