We are now seeking a personal assistant for a little girl with epilepsy in Vikbolandet. She is non-verbal, but is very skilled at expressing what she feels and wants through various sounds and emotional expressions. She moves around with the help of a wheelchair.
She lives with her parents and two siblings in a family-oriented and lively environment, where you as an assistant become a natural part of everyday life. The work involves supporting her in daily routines, but also planning fun activities. She enjoys going out, and there are good opportunities for outings since a car is available.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is social, easygoing, and has a natural ability to interact well with both the child and the family. You are confident, attentive, and enjoy being active and coming up with ideas. You bring positive energy and have the ability to create a warm and fun daily life.
A driver's license is a merit, as it creates the opportunity to go on activities.
Experience in personal assistance or working with children is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are the right person for the task.
You are a woman and in good physical condition, as manual lifting occurs.

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT DEGREE
We are seeking someone who can work as an hourly substitute. Evenings 15:30-21:00, overnight shifts 21:00-07:00.
SALARY
At Vivida, as an assistant you receive a fixed hourly base salary + vacation pay and possible overtime compensation. A collective agreement applies.
START DATE
Immediately, by agreement
