Personal Assistant Needed for 15-Year-Old Girl in Laholm - Short Morning Shifts 3-4 Days Per Week

We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant to a cheerful and charismatic 15-year-old girl who lives with her family in central Laholm. She has a cognitive disability and therefore needs support and supervision during her waking hours. As a personal assistant, you will be by her side and support her in her daily life according to her needs. Right now we are looking for someone who wants to work short morning shifts 3-4 weekdays per week, from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. During the morning, you will help her with things like getting dressed, breakfast, and morning routines such as brushing her hair and teeth before it's time to go to school. If you wish to work more, there is also an opportunity to combine the morning shifts with work as a substitute caregiver and take extra shifts as needed, especially in the evenings and on weekends. The family lives centrally in Laholm and there are good bus connections. Since the morning shifts are short, it is an advantage if you live nearby or have work, studies, or other activities in the area. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is cheerful, resourceful, and responsible. You are a calm and confident person, have great patience, and can adapt to different situations. It is a merit if you have previous experience working as a personal assistant, preferably with children or teenagers, but the greatest importance is placed on personal suitability and good personal chemistry.
