We are now seeking an engaged and thoughtful personal assistant for a very pleasant young woman with a physical disability. The client uses a wheelchair, has no cognitive impairment, and attends upper secondary school. The work involves providing support in daily life, including personal hygiene, tube feeding, mobility assistance, and other everyday tasks at home, school, and during activities. You will be an important support for the client to live an independent, secure, and active life. We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and has a positive attitude. Experience with personal assistance, tube feeding, or transfer techniques is a merit, but great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the willingness to learn. Scope The position is 25 hours per week. There are often available shifts at the workplace if you are interested in working extra. We are looking for you who • Is responsible and reliable • Is flexible and can step in with short notice • Has a respectful and professional attitude • Has good collaboration skills • Speaks Swedish (Arabic is a merit) • Has experience in personal assistance or care work (a merit, but not a requirement) We offer • Meaningful work where you make a difference • Introduction and support in the work • Varying work hours (day, evening, weekend) Other Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
