About the Client and Workplace
We are now seeking a female personal assistant for a teenage girl with extensive support needs who lives in Järfälla. She needs assistance in all aspects of her daily life, and the assistance is crucial for her to be able to live a safe and functional life.
Work Duties
The work duties include, among other things, assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, supervision and accompanying. The client has epilepsy and needs continuous supervision, which requires reliability, responsibility, and good adherence to established routines. You will also work with communication and care that includes tube feeding, medication administration according to delegation, and implementation of training prescribed by a physical therapist. The work requires presence, attention to detail, and a calm and reassuring demeanor.

Who Are We Looking For?
As a personal assistant, you are expected to have good collaboration skills and be communicative, responsible, and attentive. You are respectful and friendly in your interactions and have a desire to develop in your professional role. You need to have a very good ability to communicate in Swedish as communication with the client is a central part of the work.
Experience in personal assistance or work in care and health services is advantageous but not required. The most important thing is your attitude, your commitment, and your ability to create safety and structure.
Employment Terms
Employment type: Permanent
Employment level: Full-time or part-time
Working hours vary and can be scheduled during day, evening, and weekends. The schedule is established through discussion and adjusted based on the needs of the operations and the client.
Other Information
The work can be physically demanding and requires that you can handle care situations. Medication delegation occurs and introduction and on-the-job training are planned before independent work.
