About the Client The client is a 28-year-old man who is a trained engineer and is currently focusing on a music career. He enjoys adventure and parties, and lives an active life although quieter days also occur. The client has AMC (Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita), a diagnosis that affects joints and muscles, which means he needs you as his "arms and legs" to make his life work. It is the client's individual needs that determine the workday, and the work can, for example, be assistance with mobility, personal care, exercise, and daily chores and activities inside and outside the home. In this assignment, the client is not looking for a social friend, but professional and reliable support in his daily life. This means you need to have the ability to understand when to stay in the background and when to take a step forward. It is also important to show great respect for the client's privacy and apply a low-key approach. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for you who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done while respecting the client's personal space. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. We are looking for you who matches the following: Want to work for a 28-year-old man living in Bålsta Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Have a professional attitude with great respect for privacy It is also a merit if you: Have good physical fitness as heavier lifting occurs in the work Have previous experience working as a personal assistant or in health and care services Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Work Hours and Employment Level: The current employment form is "For as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment level of approximately 20%. The working hours consist of a weekend shift every other week with a 24-hour shift from 09:00 to 09:00 including on-call sleep duty. In addition to the scheduled working hours, there is the opportunity to work extra as a temporary hourly employee if needed.
