As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and help make everyday life run smoothly. About the Position The role of personal assistant requires strong abilities in building good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. The woman is 24 years old with a strong interest in film and writing, as well as hair and makeup. She has a muscle disease and as an assistant you will be expected to help with physical tasks such as dressing, mobility assistance, transfers, etc. We are now looking for you who meets the following: Wants to work for a 24-year-old woman living in Farsta Are physically strong as transfers/lifting may occur Are smoke-free during work hours Have good knowledge of Swedish It is also advantageous if you: Have experience with similar work Share the woman's interests Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours and Employment Level The current employment form is "For the duration of the assistance assignment" with an employment level of approximately 45%. Working hours are on Tuesdays from 07:00–19:00 and on Saturdays (even weeks) between 07:00–19:00 Salary: Fixed hourly rate by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start Date: Immediately Employment at Humana A requirement to start employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
