He is a happy and curious boy who loves music, everything to do with water, and fun rides in a stroller or wheelchair. With the right support, he has the opportunity to explore his surroundings, play, develop, and experience joy in everyday life. About the Position We offer a position at 50–75% with immediate start or by agreement. Work shifts are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends according to a set schedule. As a personal assistant, you work in a home environment and are an important part of the boy's daily life. You provide support based on his individual needs and help create a safe, stimulating, and developmental environment. Work tasks include, among other things: Mobility assistance Training and activation Meal situations and tube feeding Medical monitoring according to instructions Play, fun, and everyday activities Support in communication based on alternative communication methods Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is secure, calm, and attentive. You have a genuine interest in working with children and see possibilities rather than limitations. You are proactive, creative, and enjoy coming up with fun activities that create joy, security, and participation. We believe that you: Are calm, secure, and responsible Have a warm and respectful approach Are communicative and attentive Are playful, engaged, and proactive Have good collaboration skills and can work independently Qualifications Requirements Driver's license (Category B) Access to your own car to get to the workplace Non-smoker Merits Experience in personal assistance, childcare, or care work Experience with medical care services, such as tube feeding Experience with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) There are pets in the home, which means you should not be allergic.
