We are now looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and dedicated female personal assistant for a happy and charming 3-year-old girl who needs support and help with all aspects of her daily life. As a personal assistant, you will be an important person in her life and help her through all the activities of the day. Your duties will include personal care, meals, play, stimulation, and other everyday activities. You will be by her side both at home and in other environments where she spends time, creating security, development, and joy in her daily life. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with children and who sees opportunities rather than obstacles. You are calm, attentive, and responsible, while also being good at creating security and a positive atmosphere around you. You need to be able to follow routines and instructions, but also be alert to the child's needs and take your own initiative when the situation requires it. For communication with the child to work well, it is a requirement that you speak and understand Arabic. You also need to be able to communicate in Swedish in your work. Previous experience in personal care, healthcare, or working with children is a merit, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability. What matters most to us is that you are a warm and reliable person who wants to make a real difference in a child's life. Given the nature of the work, the child's privacy, and the personal care involved, we are looking for a female assistant for this position. The position is primarily a part-time substitute role for when the regular assistant is absent, with the greatest need during the summer. There is also an opportunity to work during illness and other leave. Working hours are variable as assistance is provided around the clock, every day of the year.
