We are seeking someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our clients in Falun. You who want to work on-call are important for the daily operation of our assistance services and will also help cover when regular staff are absent. You should be able to work flexible hours with our clients' autonomy as the focus. To work with us, you need to have a B-class driver's license to get to your work shifts quickly and efficiently. Our clients prefer female assistants, so we are only seeking women for this position. You should be able to work several times per week at varying hours and be able to step in on short notice if urgent staffing needs arise. We would like it if you: - Are a non-smoker, as some clients are sensitive to smoke. - Are comfortable working with both female and male clients to maximize work opportunities. - Enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues, as double assistance may occur. - Have good physical fitness, as the work may involve lifting and other physically demanding tasks. - Speak and write Swedish fluently. - If you are allergic to pet hair, please mention this in your personal letter, as this may be present in some clients' homes.
