We are looking for a reliable, dedicated, and thoughtful person to work as a personal assistant for a 14-year-old boy with a brain injury. The boy uses a wheelchair and is unable to speak, so he needs support in all aspects of his daily life. The work involves helping him at home, accompanying him to school, and providing support with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and activities. He has spasticity, which means his muscles sometimes become tense, so it is important that you are calm, patient, and attentive. Despite his challenges, he is a cheerful guy who enjoys reading books, dancing, and going for walks. About the position: We are looking for staff who can work approximately 70–100%. We are also looking for substitute workers who can fill in as needed.
