We are now seeking an engaged and responsible personal assistant for a woman in her 70s with MS. She lives in Västerås. In your role as an assistant, you will make a difference in her life and have the chance to help a person live life on the same terms as others, as much as possible. The position means you will become an important part of her daily life and contribute to her security, development, and quality of life. The work includes everything from care, personal hygiene, transfers, use of various aids, help with activities, etc. The workplace is in her home and wherever she may be. Working hours are scheduled during day/evening shifts on both weekdays and weekends. We would appreciate it if you could also work with short notice when needed, due to illness and similar circumstances. Since you will be part of a team of personal assistants selected by and for your user, it is therefore important to have good work ethics where everyone supports each other and can work with short notice when needed, due to illness and similar circumstances.
