Personal Assistant Needed in Mölnlycke

We are seeking a committed and responsible personal assistant for a 35-year-old man living in Mölnlycke with his family. The man has a physical disability that involves limited mobility. The work includes support with personal care, training, and participation in various activities and social occasions. The services are provided in the home environment, at the workplace, and wherever else the client is located. The position involves varying work shifts during day and evening hours, all days of the week. Flexibility is an important part of the assignment, as work with short notice may occur, for example due to sick leave. We are looking for someone who has a stable and professional approach to your work, with the ability to work independently while also functioning well in a team. You are responsive, solution-oriented, and adapt easily to changing needs and situations. Communication takes place in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience in personal assistance and documentation is a merit, but the greatest emphasis is placed on personal suitability, maturity, and commitment. A B driving license is a requirement. To ensure safety in the operation, a background check is conducted before employment, which means an extract from the criminal record must be presented in case of employment.
