Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that collaborates with clients to provide personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and understand that strong relationships are key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our main office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. Our client is seeking personal assistants with the possibility of a fixed schedule. The client is a man with significant care needs. He works at a day activity center on weekdays. The client lives just outside Svenljunga with a family member and dogs. The home is well-adapted with various assistive devices for all tasks required in the work. There are also good assistive devices available at the day center. We are looking for someone who: * Has previous experience in care work * Works based on the client's needs and daily condition * Is comfortable communicating even if you don't receive a verbal response * Has a driver's license and a car – as public transportation doesn't always align with working hours * Is a flexible person/people Recruitment is ongoing, so don't delay submitting your application
