Personal Assistant Wanted We are looking for an engaged, confident, and responsible personal assistant who wants to help create a safe and meaningful everyday life for a person who needs personal assistance. As a personal assistant, you are an important support in daily life. Tasks may include help with personal hygiene, everyday activities, mobility assistance, household chores, and accompanying the person on various activities and errands. The work always starts from the individual's needs, wishes, and circumstances. We are looking for you who Are confident, attentive, and respectful. Have a genuine interest in working with people. Are responsible and can work both independently and with others. Have a calm and professional manner. Are flexible and can adapt to different situations. Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Have a driver's license. Experience with personal assistance or similar work is a merit, but the most important thing is your personality and your commitment. Training and onboarding will be provided based on the organization's needs. About the Position The position may involve work during daytime, evening, or weekends depending on the organization's needs. Working hours and degree of employment can be discussed.
