We are seeking a flexible personal assistant to work with a 70-year-old woman in Södermalm who has extensive care needs. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in care and health services, preferably in personal assistance and elderly care. You are welcome to live in Södermalm and surrounding areas, but it is not required. The client prefers female assistants.
You will find a stimulating workplace with a large team where work sometimes occurs alongside another assistant, which requires social competence and the ability to work well with others. As a person, you are positive, thorough, and attentive with great patience. It is also important that you enjoy working with people and that you communicate well in both speech and writing, as the client has limited verbal ability. Respect for the client's integrity and self-determination is your approach to work. It would be great if you share the client's interest in art, culture, and plants.
Scheduled shifts of 3-4 evenings per week, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. We appreciate flexibility and willingness to work extra hours if needed.
To be considered for this position, you must meet the requirements, provide two references from previous employers, and provide an extract from the criminal record register.
