Personal Assistant, Night Shift 65%, Immediate Start

We are seeking a female assistant for active night care with 2-hour on-call duties. You will work 7 nights per 2 weeks according to a rotating schedule. Working hours are 21:30-07:00. The workplace is in a home environment with family and pets, so you should be attentive, flexible, empathetic, calm, reliable, and respectful of another person's way of living. The client is a 46-year-old man with extensive functional disabilities who needs help with everything. Assistance with basic daily living needs such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, and meals (tube feeding) and stimulation. Assistive devices are available. For us, the client is in focus and we are looking for someone with the same attitude. We are seeking someone with high work ethic, life experience, empathy, positivity, flexibility, attentiveness, responsibility, patience, positivity, orderliness, and service orientation—these are obvious qualities for this job. YOU must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written YOU should feel comfortable working independently as well as with others YOU should be in good physical condition as lifting and transfers occur occasionally; assistive devices are available YOU must be a non-smoker You must have a valid driver's license and a car to get to and from work YOU CANNOT have allergies to fur-bearing animals as a dog is present, and sometimes a cat YOU CANNOT have chlorine allergies as bathing occurs The work means that YOU always work where the client is located We value openness and the ability to communicate frankly and honestly Start date: Immediate.
