About the job. I am a 10-year-old boy looking for a new personal assistant for daytime. I have a disability and need help with various aspects of daily life. You will work closely with me and be an important part of my everyday routine. The work involves being present and available for all activities. You are responsible for creating a calm, secure and stable environment and ensuring that the day runs well and safely. Who are you? I am looking for someone who is attentive, empathetic, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in working with people, are flexible and adapt easily to different situations. Experience in care work or health and support services is a merit, but we place greatest emphasis on your personality and your ability to treat others with respect and consideration. • You are thorough and have good judgment. • You can work independently but also collaborate well with others. • You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. • It is an advantage if you have experience working with young people. I need help with suctioning secretions and can manage feeding via PEG tube and use of a lift. Most importantly, you are someone who can see me as a whole person and plan and structure my day independently. You should view this work as long-term, as it takes time for me to adjust to new assistants. You must have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as this is important for communication and documentation. If you have nursing assistant certification, that is a great plus, but most importantly, you are confident, attentive and want to be part of my daily life. About the employment Employment type: Hourly contract Working hours: Daytime according to schedule or agreement. Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement Working hours: Active assistance around the clock divided into day, evening and night according to adjusted schedule.
