We are looking for a young female personal assistant for a young woman. The position involves work in the user's home and immediate surroundings.
About the Role
As a personal assistant, you provide support in what is needed for daily life to function safely and smoothly.
You will, among other things:
Assist with personal daily tasks such as hygiene, getting dressed, and meals
Help around the home, for example with cooking, cleaning, and shopping
Accompany the user on activities, errands, and social occasions
Be a present and attentive support for the user's wishes and needs
Contribute to structure, safety, and independence in daily life
Work hours are daytime, evenings, Monday to Friday.
Who We Are Looking For
You don't need experience from care and health services – your personality is what matters most. What is important is that you want to make a difference and enjoy helping others.
We believe that you:
Are responsible, calm, and confident in yourself
Are attentive, respectful, and good at collaboration
Can work independently and take your own initiative
Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Have a driver's license
Previous experience in personal assistance, home care, or health services is meriting, but not required.
