Personal Assistant with Autism Experience Needed in Aspudden

We are looking for you who have previous experience working with adults with autism and challenging behavior. You are accustomed to working in a structured and pedagogical manner and understand how clarity, predictability, and adapted interaction can create security in everyday life. We would like you to have experience with visual supports, visual schedules, clarifying pedagogy, and low-arousal approaches. As a person, you need to be calm, secure, and attentive. You have the ability to read situations, adapt your approach, and at the same time maintain the routines and working methods that exist around the person. The position is as a personal assistant to an adult living in a cooperative in Stockholm. The work involves support in daily activities, personal care, and activities. Working hours vary between longer shifts 3:15 PM–9:15 AM with waiting time during the night and shorter daytime shifts 9:15 AM–3:15 PM. We are looking for someone who wants to work long-term and who understands the importance of continuity, collaboration, and a common approach within an assistant team.
