We are seeking a flexible personal assistant to work with a 70-year-old woman in Södermalm who has extensive care needs. Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare and elderly care is required, preferably in personal assistance and elder care. You are welcome to live in or around Södermalm, though this is not a requirement. The client prefers female assistants. You will find a stimulating workplace with a large team where work sometimes takes place alongside another assistant, which requires social skills and the ability to collaborate with others. As a person, you are positive, thorough, and attentive with great patience. It is also important that you enjoy working with people and that you can express yourself well verbally and in writing, as the client has limited speech ability. Respect for the client's integrity and self-determination is how you work. You are welcome to share the client's interest in art, culture, and plants. Work on a fixed schedule in the evenings from 16.00 - 22.00. We appreciate flexibility and your willingness to work extra hours if needed. To be considered for this position, you must meet the requirements and provide two references from previous employers as well as an extract from the criminal record register.
