We are looking for a team member for our night shift work one to two days per week. We are seeking a cheerful and empathetic personal assistant for a woman in her 60s. The client prefers female assistants. The client experiences pain, so it is important that you as a person are calm with great patience and possess a high tolerance level for people in need of care. Flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively are required qualities. We are looking for someone with high work ethic, who is responsible and attentive. The work is built on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. Work experience in care and welfare is a merit. Personal suitability is however the most important factor. The workplace is located in Asarum close to the bus stop, which means a driver's license is not a requirement. Work shifts are scheduled for weekends and can be: Friday–Saturday and/or Saturday–Sunday Work hours are 18:00–07:30. The position includes sleeping nights, which means you have the opportunity to sleep during the night once work tasks are completed. Active work time occurs as needed, but most of the night is intended for rest. This position is particularly suitable for you if you are studying or have other main employment and are looking for extra work on weekends. We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and has a calm and secure work approach. There are dogs in the home, so you cannot have pet allergies if you apply for this position.
