We are looking for a female assistant, between 20-45 years old, for a long-term position with a 35-year-old woman living in her own apartment in Hammarby Sjöstad. She needs help with all aspects of her daily life, and we are looking for a dedicated and responsible assistant who can contribute to a meaningful and secure everyday life for the client. Your work tasks include: · Being the client's communication support since she does not have speech of her own but uses visual aids and body language to communicate; therefore it is important that you speak and write Swedish fluently · Assisting the client with personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and gait training · Providing support in activities, social contacts, and other important parts of daily life You: · Are a woman between 20-45 years old · Are responsible, attentive, and flexible · Have a genuine interest in helping people and creating a sense of security · Are in good physical condition and free from back, shoulder, and knee problems as manual lifting is required · Master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing · Are confident in yourself and comfortable being present for others To work for us, you must be a non-smoker! You are not afraid of challenges and problems that may arise; instead, you see opportunities rather than obstacles and find new solutions. You have good teamwork skills, high work ethic, and punctuality. You will work in a cheerful team, and it is largely a two-person assistance model.
