Omtanken Assistans provides personal assistance for individuals with disabilities who have been granted assistance under LSS or SFB. We're looking for someone who is confident, playful, and engaged to be a personal assistant for a wonderful girl who will soon turn 8 and lives in Leksand. As a personal assistant, you will be present both at school and during her free time. You'll be an important support in her daily life, helping her develop, feel secure, and become as independent as possible. Job Responsibilities Be present during the school day and provide needed support. Participate in play, fun activities, and games. Encourage and motivate independence in daily tasks. Accompany her on outings and leisure activities. Collaborate with family, school, and others around the child. Work Hours Day/evening shifts plus every third weekend on schedule. 6.30-15, 15-21.30, or 6.30-21.30 We're Looking for Someone Who Is confident, positive, and responsible. Enjoys playing, being active, and thinking of fun things to do. Has patience and strong commitment to children. Can create a secure and joyful daily routine. Experience as a personal assistant or working with children is a merit, but personal suitability is most important.
