Omtanken Assistans provides personal assistance for individuals with disabilities who have been granted assistance under LSS or SFB. We are looking for someone who is confident, playful, and engaged to be a personal assistant for a wonderful girl who will soon turn 8 years old and lives in Leksand. As a personal assistant, you will be present both at school and during leisure time. You will be an important support in her daily life, helping her develop, feel secure, and become as independent as possible. Job Responsibilities Be present during the school day and provide necessary support. Participate in play, fun, and enjoyable activities. Encourage and motivate independence in daily life. Accompany her on outings and leisure activities. Collaborate with family, school, and others around the child. Work Hours Day/evening and every third weekend on schedule. 6.30-15, 15-21.30 or 6.30-21.30 We Are Looking for Someone Who Is confident, positive, and responsible. Loves to play, be active, and come up with fun things to do. Has patience and great dedication to children. Can create a safe and joyful daily life. Experience as a personal assistant or working with children is a merit, but personal suitability is the most important factor.
