We are looking for a personal assistant for a young man with a big heart and unique needs Do you want to make a difference in someone's life every day? We are now seeking a dedicated and reliable personal assistant for a wonderful young man with functional variation. About the position: This young man is in his late teens and has significant need for support in his daily life. He has a feeding tube for nutritional intake and communicates using body language, sounds, and assistive devices. It is required that you are attentive, patient, and detail-oriented to interpret his signals and needs. The work includes, among other things: Personal care Tube feeding (training provided if needed) Cooking Help with communication Leisure activities and daily routines Being a calm and secure support in his life We are looking for you who: Are responsible, stable, and have plenty of patience Have experience with or interest in working with people with functional variation Are not afraid to take responsibility in different situations Have good understanding of alternative communication It is advantageous if you have previous experience with tube feeding or similar care work Practical information: Working hours: Varying days, evenings, and every other weekend Location: Norrköping Start date: By agreement Employment form: Hourly position You will receive support and introduction to the assignment.
