We prefer candidates with at least one or two previous jobs with good references. You should view this work as long-term, as continuity is best for everyone involved. For communication purposes, you must have full command of the Swedish language. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and experience with documentation. You must be able to swim, as she swims and bathes several times a week. Experience with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) or sign language support is highly desirable but not required.
