Right now we're looking for you to work extra for one of our assistance users living in Östersund (ref 1-26 which you state in your application so we know it's this specific assignment you're looking for) As a personal assistant you work in the assistance user's home and immediate surroundings. The work involves helping with things they can't manage themselves – everything from personal care to household chores and leisure activities. You are an extension of their everyday life, but also a safe and present source of support. 🤩 Working hours 📅 🕰️ can be 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call, but sometimes also split shifts – all according to agreement with you from time to time or month to month. 😃 It's good if you have previous experience with disabilities, care, and assistive devices - but it's not required since you learn such things quite quickly. The most important thing is that you get along well with each other. Start date by agreement this summer or from fall. Feel free to write when it suits you to begin your introduction. NOTE that you MUST be able to speak, write, and read Swedish fluently without restriction! You will of course receive more information about the assignment at a possible interview! Interested? For all assignments with us: - thorough introduction and training before start - wellness allowance of 4,000 SEK/year/full-time position - regular staff meetings - regular courses offered - health check approximately every 3 years for those who wish - free coffee at work, possibly free educational meals - collective agreement via Fremia-Kommunal, which for you if you are over 40 means higher vacation compensation compared to what some other collective agreements offer for personal assistants - occupational pension via Pensionsvalet - work injury insurance - parental benefit supplement - sick leave insurance - group life insurance via Afa for you and your family – also applies to our temporary staff! Note that your application may be read by the assistance user as well as by staff at the office. We keep your application for a maximum of 2 months, after which it is shredded.
