Please visit www.assistanskompetens.se to learn more about us or assistanskoll.se Personal Assistant Sought (Hourly Position) I am now looking for a personal assistant on an hourly basis starting in mid-August. For the right person, a few fixed shifts per week and work every third weekend can be offered. It is an advantage if you can also work awake nights if needed. The position works well to combine with, for example, studies. Duties The work involves supporting me in both basic and everyday needs, such as: Transfers and personal care (e.g., in bed, shower, and getting dressed) Household tasks, such as cleaning and cooking Care of my cat You will also accompany me in my daily life, which includes work, social activities, and leisure interests. About Me I work full-time and have an active lifestyle. As a person, I am calm, clear, and appreciate structure, efficiency, and professionalism. Qualifications and Characteristics I place great importance on personal qualities. To thrive in the role, you need to: Be physically strong and able to assist with transfers (up to approximately 70 kg when aids are not available) Be attentive, responsible, and able to follow instructions Work independently and professionally Have a calm personality and be comfortable with quieter work environments Be able to communicate fluently in Swedish or English Have the ability to handle wheelchairs (manual and electric) and various aids Experience with personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement.
