ELLY Personlig Assistans is an assistance provider for individuals eligible for personal assistance under LSS – the Swedish Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments. We offer flexible solutions with high quality, good accessibility, and great commitment – both for our customers and our employees. We are now recruiting both staff for fixed shifts (7 days on a four-week rotation) and extra staff who can work as needed. The customer is a social person with a strong interest in motorsports and lives in their own home. The days are varied with some days containing more activities, while other days are quieter and spent at home. As an assistant, it is therefore important that you are flexible and comfortable with both active and calm days. Job Duties: You will be the customer's extended arm in daily life, which means helping with cooking and leisure activities. He needs help with various household chores and personal care, dressing and undressing, exercise/stretching, and mobility assistance. No smoking during all working hours is a requirement. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability during recruitment. Previous experience is not required. More information will be provided at a potential interview.
