I am a single woman born in 1955 who needs round-the-clock personal care assistance due to a physical disability. What should you know about working with me? Of course, my wellbeing is the priority, but the work environment for my assistants is very important. My days and nights are usually calm and peaceful. I prefer that you take initiative within the scope of your work.
My interests include flowers, both indoors and outdoors, homemade baked goods, and similar items.
Laundry is fairly basic: sort by material and color, iron sheets, tumble dry terry towels (no fabric softener).
As my personal care assistant, you will help me with tasks I cannot manage on my own in daily life, such as household chores, transfers, personal hygiene, etc.
I prefer that you have experience working as a personal care assistant. Formal nursing assistant training is a plus but not required. You must be a non-smoker!
As a person, you should be independent, attentive, flexible, and responsible. Personal suitability will be weighted heavily, and the selection process is ongoing with more information provided at a potential interview.

Substitute role, covering for regular staff absences
Work hours: 24-hour shifts 09:00-09:00 (6 hours sleeping on-call, 00:00-06:00).
