We are now seeking a female personal assistant for a girl with special needs. The girl requires supervision and support with many daily activities, such as personal hygiene. She communicates mostly non-verbally. The position is part-time and includes on-call overnight duty 1-2 nights per week. New assistants are introduced to the position over 1-2 days during which they meet the client and learn all about how to perform the duties. A criminal record extract for work with children according to LSS is required.
