Söderort Assistans AB is a company providing personal assistance services and we operate throughout the country. This position is for Arvika. Söderort Assistans AB focuses on quality and it is important that the user has full participation, self-determination, and influence over how their assistance is structured. As an assistance provider, we work for our users by offering individually tailored services. We want to help our users live their own lives, as they wish to live them, with the help of their personal assistants. You who are applying for this position should be thorough, organized, attentive, flexible, and good at following instructions. You should be able to work both independently and in a group. It is important that you take responsibility for completing your work tasks, and it is an advantage if you are good at taking your own initiative. It is also important that you are responsive to what the user wants and needs. We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant. You do not need to have any previous experience, as it is most important that the personal chemistry is right, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what work as a personal assistant entails. As a personal assistant, you should help the user with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is where the user is located, such as in their home and during activities. You should be the user's extended arms and legs. You should be able to help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility assistance, cleaning, cooking, and other household tasks. Working hours are varied and you should be able to work days, evenings, and nights. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as we have documentation obligations. The position is on an as-needed basis and can lead to a permanent position over time. Please prepare with a background check for work with elderly and people with disabilities and an extract from the suspicion register.
