I'm wondering if you could imagine becoming my extended arm in everyday life? Over thirty years ago, I suffered a physical injury in an accident and have been using a wheelchair ever since. Since 2001, I have independently managed the assistance arrangements (I am registered as my own employer with the Swedish Tax Agency) and find this works well. The work tasks I need help with include morning routines, transfers, basic care tasks, household chores, and assistance with daily activities. The work is performed mostly in a home environment together with positive colleagues. Travel days are included in the position. For me, social competence, personal suitability, reliability, and collaboration skills are more important than relevant experience and education. The work scope I can offer is approximately 16 hours/week, and working hours are distributed across three sessions per day. Since the working hours are spread throughout the day, the distance to the workplace from your residence and personal suitability will be valued positively.
