Do you want to work as a personal assistant and make a meaningful difference in people's lives? In this role, you'll make a real difference and work with us toward our vision – Everyone deserves a good life. Personal assistance is a service provided under LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). The role of personal assistant requires a strong ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It's also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. We are looking for an attentive and empathetic person to help a man in his 50s with his daily life and home care. If you're resourceful and creative, it will make the work easier. We are a team, but the work is performed independently and therefore requires that you are responsible. You will receive training before the position starts, so no special qualifications are required. You work in the client's home, which is located in the countryside outside Svalöv. We have a smoke-free work environment. A driver's license and car are not required for the work but would make it easier to get to the workplace. Local transportation is available but is approximately 1.5 km away. Working hours are 8:00-8:00 and you work around the clock. On-call hours are between 22:15 - 06:00. The position starts at 4 days per month and for the right person could potentially become larger. Recruiting is ongoing and the position may be filled before the advertised period ends. Start: August 15 If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to demonstrate that you have a valid work permit.
