Your responsibilities
You will work providing comprehensive care and support services. The assistance includes help with all basic and personal needs throughout all hours of the day. It is important that in your work you focus on participation, communication, and a meaningful daily life centered on the woman's needs.
Qualifications
A nursing care program or equivalent is a merit but not required.
Previous experience working as a personal assistant is a merit.
Experience working with tracheostomy and respiratory aids is a merit.
You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
We are looking for someone who
You need to be attentive, helpful, and flexible where the service user's well-being and best interests are always in focus.
You should be independent but enjoy working in a team, as parts of the day are staffed with more than one assistant.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
If you move forward and are considered for employment, you will need to submit an extract from the criminal record register.
If you are a nursing assistant, we ask that you bring your proof of protected professional title to the interview.
This employment includes a 6-month probationary period.
