About the job Do you want to work as a personal assistant and add that extra sparkle to people's lives? In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work with us based on our core values: SHIRA – Soul, Heart, Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Services for People with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique and your work tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly. The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. We are now looking for someone who matches the following: wants to work with a cheerful guy preferably has experience with similar work, autism experience a plus is cheerful, energetic, curious, but also calm has an interest in being outdoors in nature We are looking for substitutes for a 20-year-old guy You will be offered work in his home including hygiene, cooking, shopping, laundry, cleaning, exercise and stretching, and sometimes visits to rehabilitation, doctor, and dentist. He enjoys being out in the fresh air, so you will do joint walks in the local area. Grilling or packing a picnic basket is highly appreciated. His wellbeing can vary from day to day, so some days are full of tasks and some are much calmer. This is something you need to be able to read and sense. The client's wellbeing varies and you must be able to adjust accordingly, as he is very sensitive to stress. NOTE!
