We are seeking a personal assistant for a 45-year-old man with autism, mild intellectual disability, and ADHD. The work includes handling daily chores at home. We would appreciate if you are interested in technology, music, animals, and nature. Assistance is provided using a practical pedagogical approach. Experience or training in this is an advantage. Creative and pedagogical in thought and action. Since the work requires the ability to reflect, it is important that you have inner confidence based on self-awareness and self-knowledge. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility and initiative, have good leadership skills, be straightforward and clear, and be able to speak up when needed. You must speak Swedish, have basic computer skills, and be a non-smoker. Previous experience in personal assistance is not a requirement, but a big plus. Your personal qualities and the personal chemistry between you as an assistant and me are what matter most. Round-the-clock service with night on-call duty, 7 shifts over 4 weeks, alternating weekends.
