We are looking for personal assistants for one of our clients in Umeå who is seeking a reliable person to trust for the long term. The position will largely consist of overnight shifts. The Assignment The client requires 24-hour assistance and needs help with most daily activities - everything from transfers, personal hygiene, and household tasks. You should be proactive and ideally have previous healthcare experience. Some transfers and position changes can be physically demanding, so good physical condition and proper technique are an advantage. This is typically a very calm workplace where the client spends a lot of time at home. In his free time, he is very interested in sports and enjoys following, for example, hockey. Your responsibilities will include: - Care and transfers - Household tasks and home assistance - Making daily life smooth and possible Who is the right fit for this job? - You need to be in good physical condition, as transfers are part of the work. - You need to be flexible as working hours are mixed. - You need to have understanding for pain and its consequences - You want to work many hours when you are at work, without it being stressful.
