Description of the Activity With us, you have the opportunity to work close to another person and make a real difference in their everyday life. As a personal assistant, you are offered independent and varied work where safety, respect, and professional conduct are in focus. The position combines a long-term assistance assignment with work in our staffing pool, which provides both continuity and variation in your work life. Approximately 60–75 percent of your working time is allocated to a personal assistance assignment, while the remaining time is planned according to the needs of the Social Services activities. Personal assistance is based on the individual's self-determination and influence. Therefore, we place great importance on personal suitability and the user's wishes during recruitment. Your Assignment As a personal assistant, you provide individually tailored support based on the individual's needs and decisions regarding personal assistance. Work tasks include support in daily living, personal care, meals, assistance with mobility, communication, activities, and social participation. You work according to an implementation plan, established routines, and applicable legislation, and you document and collaborate with colleagues and other relevant professionals to ensure safe and high-quality assistance. Your Competence and Experience Requirements Upper secondary education Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills. Merits Care and social services education or other education that the employer deems equivalent Experience working as a personal assistant Experience working in disability care services Experience with low-affect interaction Experience with delegated health care assignments Experience with documentation Class B driver's license Is This You? Start date by agreement. Working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and weekend shifts. During pool shifts, night work may also occur. An extract from the criminal record register will be requested before employment in accordance with applicable legislation. Salary Range 24,000 - 33,715 kr per month.
