I'm a cheerful and active 25-year-old who values a life full of movement, training, outings, and social activities. To live the life I want, I'm now looking for a personal assistant at 75% who wants to become an important part of my daily routine. The work involves supporting me in all aspects of everyday life. You'll help me with all basic needs, such as personal hygiene, getting dressed and undressed, meals, and communication. You'll also be there to support me during training, leisure activities, and other daily adventures. Therefore, it's important that you feel comfortable working closely with another person and see it as a natural part of the role. I'm looking for someone who: - Has a positive outlook and good interpersonal skills. - Is trustworthy, responsible, and responsive. - Enjoys an active lifestyle and enjoys participating in training and various activities. - Can take own initiative while respecting my wishes and needs. - Is flexible and collaborates easily. - Is good at setting boundaries. - Can communicate Swedish in speech and writing. Experience in personal assistance or care is a merit, but personal suitability is most important. The most important thing is that we get along well and that you want to help me live an active, independent, and meaningful life. Work hours/degree of employment Fixed schedule, approximately 30 hours/week. One weekend per month. Extra as needed when the regular assistant is absent due to illness or vacation.
