Then this could be the job for you! I am a happy and active 25-year-old who values a life filled with movement, exercise, outings, and social activities. To be able to live the life I want, I am now seeking a personal assistant at 75% who wants to become an important part of my daily life. The work involves providing me with support in all aspects of daily life. You will help me with all basic needs, such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meals, and communication. You will also be present to support me during exercise, leisure activities, and other everyday adventures. Therefore, it is important that you feel comfortable working closely with another person and see it as a natural part of the role. I am looking for someone who: - Has a positive outlook and good interpersonal skills. - Is reliable, responsible, and attentive. - Enjoys an active life and enjoys participating in exercise and various activities. - Can take own initiative while following my wishes and needs. - Is flexible and collaborates easily. - Is good at setting boundaries. - Can communicate Swedish in speech and writing. Experience in personal assistance or care work is an asset, but personal suitability is most important. What matters most is that we get along and that you want to help me live an active, independent, and meaningful life. With me, you will have a varied and meaningful job where no two days are the same. Work Hours/Position Level Fixed schedule, approx. 30 hours/week. One weekend per month. Extra as needed to cover the regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.
