WORK TASKS Working as a personal assistant means becoming an important part of another person's everyday life. You are there as a trusted support in both small and large tasks, from helping with personal care and practical household chores to creating structure, accompanying them on activities, and contributing to a meaningful and active day. The role is as much about presence and responsiveness as it is about practical tasks. You help make daily life function, but also make it pleasant, secure, and full of opportunities. As an assistant, you become someone the client can trust, someone who notices details, adapts to their daily condition, and always works with respect for the individual's integrity and wishes. This is a job for you if you like making a real difference. Both care and HSL services are included in the work tasks. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a strong interest in working with people and who has high work ethics. You should be driven, confident, and not afraid of challenges. You should be comfortable working independently and able to make autonomous decisions. It is also important to be able to function in a work team. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We appreciate it if you have care education or personal assistance training. It is an advantage to have previous experience in the assistance profession. You must have a valid B driver's license for manual transmission and an approved high school diploma. Before employment, you must provide an extract from the criminal record register (extract for care homes), in accordance with applicable regulations.
