I am looking for you to be my personal assistant.
I am a younger woman who needs your support in my daily life. I have limited ability to care for myself, stay active, and plan my day. Your workplace is where I am and wherever I am located. I live in a house with a large garden together with my husband, daughter, and our three dogs.
Expectations and requirements for you as my personal assistant
As my personal assistant, you need to be my right hand in helping me find the right path, understand, and interpret what I want and wish for. You will be an important part of my daily life.
I need you to manage my daily life. You must be calm, stress-resistant, stable, and have both feet on the ground with a genuine, strong interest in providing me with the care I need to have a meaningful life. You need to be able to be motivating, have patience, and at the same time be highly solution-focused.
It is a fundamental requirement that you as a person are present, engaged, and have a high ability to intuitively read me and understand me and my needs, as well as have the ability to stay one step ahead in different situations. You are happy, positive, inclusive, and humble in your role as a personal assistant. Your age should be 35 and above.
Key success factors for meeting me and my needs are that you are attentive, empathetic, and have extensive knowledge within care and support, as this is a major need in my daily life. It is of utmost importance that you work with me to plan the day's activities in a way that suits me and is based on how I am feeling each day.

Personal chemistry between you and me is an important selection criterion. These criteria carry the most weight in the job offer.
The position and working hours
The position is part-time only.
Preferably someone who can work every other weekend according to the times below.
Working hours are primarily scheduled sometime between approximately 07:00-22:00 every day of the week, but nights also occur. Working hours are scheduled well in advance in cooperation with me and you. I would prefer that you are flexible and can step in if the need arises.
