I'm a happy and active 25-year-old who values a life filled with movement, exercise, outings, and social activities. To live the life I want, I'm now looking for a personal assistant to work as an hourly substitute who can become an important part of my daily routine.
The work involves providing me with support in all aspects of everyday life. You'll help me with all basic needs, including personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meals, and communication. You'll also be there to support me during exercise, leisure activities, and other daily adventures. Therefore, it's important that you're comfortable working closely with another person and see this as a natural part of the role.
I'm looking for someone who:
Has a positive outlook and good interpersonal skills.
Is reliable, responsible, and attentive.
Enjoys an active lifestyle and is willing to participate in exercise and various activities.
Can take initiative while respecting my wishes and needs.
Is flexible and works well collaboratively.
Is good at setting boundaries.
Can communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Experience in personal assistance or care work is a plus, but personal suitability is what matters most. What's most important is that we get along well and that you want to help me live an active, independent, and meaningful life.

Work Hours/Employment Level
Work hours arranged on weekdays and weekends with varying schedules.

About Compensation
We apply wages according to Fremia collective agreement.
