We are now looking for a committed and confident personal assistant for a meaningful position where you have the opportunity to contribute to increased quality of life and independence for the person you support. You will become part of an activity characterized by care, respect, and close collaboration among colleagues. The work takes place in a safe work environment with double staffing 24 hours a day, which means you always work together with a colleague. We offer a close and supportive team where collaboration, safety, and the user's needs are in focus. Responsibilities As a personal assistant, you function as the user's legs, arms, and hands. You are also a support in the user's daily communication. You work to meet the user's individual needs with respect, care, and attentiveness. The user has extensive care needs and requires support in all aspects of their daily life. An important part of the work is to enable participation and an active lifestyle, where outings and other activities are included naturally since the user enjoys getting out and using their transportation service. The position also includes work with one additional user and, if needed, supporting other activities within the organization. The position is full-time with work scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekends according to the schedule. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and has an interest in working with people. You are responsive to the user's needs and have the ability to create safety and good relationships. Since the work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues, you need to be flexible, collaborative, and able to adapt to different situations and environments. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. For this position, you are required to: Be a trained nursing assistant with protected job title. Be able to receive and carry out delegated medical interventions. Have a B-class driver's license. Have good personal suitability. Be confident, responsible, and responsive to the user's needs. Be flexible and have good collaborative skills as the work is done in a team with a colleague. Other Information Selection and interviews may take place continuously during the application period.
