Duties
Working as a personal assistant means helping him in daily life, both with basic needs and other personal needs and interests. You should be calm, attentive, and responsible. Be able to work according to routines and be responsive. Working hours are scheduled during day/evening and awake nights. Since the man lives an active life, you should, among other things, be able to swim, be around horses and dogs, cycle, and take walks. Experience working with images is an advantage.
Qualifications
Experience working as a personal assistant is meritable and you have an education/experience that the employer and user deem appropriate. You have a B-class driver's license, master Swedish well in both speech and writing, and have good computer skills, as documentation and information management are a natural part of the work. You should have a calm and reassuring manner, the ability to work independently, and maintain a professional approach. You should have a positive view of people and be good at collaboration. It is important to have the ability to reflect on your own approach, to have the desire and willingness to work according to proven methods, and to be flexible, responsive, and unpretentious. Flexibility and collaboration are important parts of our work. We also cooperate with other activities to ensure high quality and good continuity, which means you need to be open to joint planning and sometimes provide support where needed. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Physical activity is a must, as some of our users are very physically active.
About the Operations
The Social Services Department is responsible for support, assistance, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the LSS Act, the Social Services Act, and the Health and Medical Care Act and must implement measures regulated by these laws. All operations are characterized by putting the individual at the center to meet the individual's needs. The assignment involves strong customer focus and a service spirit.

We are seeking 1 position approx. 97%, three-shift, awake nights, permanent and 1 position approx. 97%, three-shift, awake nights, health care substitute through 30/11 possibly longer.
